Fee Schedule for Consulting outside of the United States

Consulting Fees

Travel Expenses

Round trip air fare and initial two weeks or less of estimated meal and lodging expenses advanced by client. Other direct travel expenses reimburseable as incurred (rail/car rental/taxi).

Payment Terms and Conditions

1. For two weeks services or less, entire fee is required in advance prior to departure.
2. For more than two weeks services, first two weeks fee required in advance prior to departure; services and expense reimbursement are payable weekly on the Monday following the week they are performed, with the initial payment being held as a permanent advance.
3. Payment in US dollars are to be wired to the Bank of America, routing number  121000358, for deposit only to the account of D.A. Sheppard Consulting Structural Engineer, Inc., Account Number to be furnished at the time our services are requested.
4. Each working day will not exceed ten hours of actual consulting time.
